ALPHABET OF EARTH AND CUISINE Tipoteca Auditorium and the restaurant "le Corderie" - with the partnership of Slow Food, International Library "La Vigna" and Ca' Foscari Challenge School - organize meetings with dinner dedicated to the history of the food.  Tipoteca Auditorium and the restaurant "le Corderie" - in collaboration with Slow Food, International Library "La Vigna" and Ca' Foscari Challenge School - organize meetings with dinner dedicated to the history of food, a combination particularly timely, in a few weeks from the beginning of Expo Milano 2015, whose theme is Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. The meetings, organized by Danilo Gasparini, tell "chronologically" the long history of food, trying to (re)build a sort of "alphabet" of the earth and of the cusine, retracing the key stages of the history of food. Each lesson ends with a themed dinner at the restaurant "le Corderie", where participants can enjoy delicious dishes prepared by the chef Cristina Colle. At the end of each meeting will be given an elegant notebook, which summarizes the content of the topic. The notebook will be printed in limited edition by Tipoteca.
