Centrale del Latte di Vicenza was founded in 1929 with the aim of widely distributing hygienically guaranteed milk at a fair price. Over time, the company has expanded and specialised in the production and sales of other dairy products, such as long life UHT milk, yogurt, and fresh cheese.
The company underwent several changes in its structure before 2002, when it became part of the group Centrale del Latte di Torino & Co. S.p.A., an interregional dairy company specialised in producing and selling milk, dairy and fresh products.
The company's head office and the factory are in the eastern area of Vicenza, in a new manufacturing site inaugurated in 2008, where the most advanced machinery to process and package milk and dairy products is used. It is here where Centrale del Latte di Vicenza directly processes fresh milk. Raw milk is purchased from regional and local farms, all of which are accurately selected and constantly controlled. The internal Test Laboratory performs meticulous daily controls in order to ensure the top quality of the milk. Its engineers make sure that quality and nutritional values are respected from the very first moment the milk enters the manufacturing site and through each processing stage.

The company's products are mainly available in Vicenza, its province, and in the areas surrounding the nearby cities of Padua and Verona.
Centrale del Latte di Vicenza has always attached particular attention to quality - it was the first dairy company in Italy to obtain in 1995 coveted recognition given by the Certification of quality management system (UNI EN ISO 9001:2008). Testament to the constant attention we pay to our products, our Quality Management system has gained many more certifications - certification of traceability for the entire supply chain to standard UNI EN ISO 22205:2008 and then certification of food safety management system to standard UNI EN ISO 22000:2008. The company has also obtained certification to IFS (International Food Standard), to UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management system, and to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 for occupational health and safety management systems.
