A GREEN WINERY - I DREAM IT SO... La Cantina Pizzolato, during the event Cantine Aperte 2015, creates a futuristic event: the entire company offers a journey through time between past and present and will catapult you into the future through the eyes of the elementary school children of Villorba (TV). During the event "Cantine Aperte", the winery opens its doors to the event "A Green Winery- I dream it so" on Sunday of 31th May from 10.00 to 18.00 in Via IV Novembre, 12 in Villorba, immersed in green vineyards.  This year the theme of event will lead visitors on a journey through time between past, present and future: immersed on the biological oasis of Pizzolato, you will be involved in a visit that becames experiential before in the past years and its machinery and then those of today. Both in the vineyards and in the cellar you can relive the past and present and also imagine the future through the eyes of the children of the elementary schools in Villorba. The latter in fact, on a visit to the winery in 14th of May, have made some projects like dream "the cellar of the future", pointing out to them the importance of concepts such as sustainability, biodiversity and biological that the same winery Pizzolato is pursuing for many years. The project and the baby more "GREEN" will be awarded during the morning of the event with a globe and a free ticket to EXPO 2015.  Cantine Aperte this year wants to be a friendly moment for friends, families and colleagues who want to immerse themselves in the green vineyards and get the opportunity to taste the good organic wine: all the wines are certified organic since 1991 and for three years, the winery has also obtained certification vegan. To be able to know more, you will be performed every hour guided tours company that increasingly target tip sustainable, renewable source to the energy efficiency measures, including through the construction of the new winery in place in this year. There will be room to explore the theme that is related to the theme of the Expo of this year, within the winery where the museum will be an exhibition of tools and equipment of today and yesterday.  Throughout the day you can stroll among the stalls of the Market Organic, framed by cherry blossoms, with many Venetian companies who such as Cantina Pizzolato believe strongly in the production and manufacture of organic and vegan.  Fun and music are assured: in the time slot between 12.00 and 14.00 will be also organized a light lunch organic / vegan and at 17.00  there will be vegan aperitif with cocktails made with Pizzolato Prosecco and Pizzolato BioLive for all.

The present owner, Settimo Pizzolato, has many years of experience enriched by five generations that precede him. His organic farming enriches his health and the treasure of his company. Since 1991 he balances the ecosystem of his land with the organization of his winery to create a wine that is a result of healthy natural grapes of his vineyards.
These grapes will create a wine that when you taste it, remind you of tradition and well being.

The company begins 3 generations ago and It writes pages of a book that tell a long story of family, of parents and children, who lives together and works together with the land, organic by nature. This becomes the way to work, but above to live.  We are in 1900, in the open country north of Treviso, designed by fruit trees and vineyards, the same ones that give wines organic and natural without sulphites. In all these years, the company with Settimo Pizzolato began to emerge in Italy and in all others countries such as China, America, Holland, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. The company has many awards as:
