Dressing a dish means making it more flavoursome and aromatic by adding high quality ingredients. One of the most refined and typical dressings of the Veneto is olive oil: its colour, perfume, flavour and intensity make it perfect for every course. More information...

The extraordinary quality and flavour of the oil derive from the olive picking, done exclusively by hand, and from their special processing with traditional techniques, such as grindstone or cold pressing. In addition, in the Venetian region particular types of vinegars are produced, flavoured with fruit and herbs or deriving from typical wines.

During the Expo 2015, you are able to experience the tradition maintained in the production and processing of dressings, during the events organized by the companies in the sector.
