A certification is a recognition from third parties (accredited control organisms), in charge of verifying the compliance of a certain product with a predetermined discipline.

Wine quality and production are the first things taken into consideration, but also products and processes referred to processing, distribution, storage, transport and retail sale are subject to certification. Certifying enables to protect the food itself from abuses or counterfeit attempts.

Having an intransigent and effective certifying system has always represented the tool for the achievement of world trust and approval.
