The Restaurant is well known for the long gastronomic tradition but revisited in a modern way specialized in home made pasta served with peculiar seasonal vegetables of the territory like the white spargus from Bassano, the chicory from Treviso, the mushrooms from Asiago and the pumpkins. It is possible to taste them during the year but also at the specific dinner parties organized in May, September and October. Always careful to the habits of the international customers the restaurant offers both meat and fish of the Mediterranean sea, vegetables dishes for vegetarians as well as for celiacs all served together with the best wines of the region like the Valdobbiadene Prosecco, The Valpolicella Amarone and the Bardolino from Garda. Open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:45 to 22:00 and on Sunday for lunch. It is also possible to reserve a separated room for business meeting and working lunch.
