HISTORICAL NOTES
The owner cultivates a passion for the Veneto products for many years and he personally selects every item for his restaurant. The food is associated to the territory and the seasons.The menu is prepared with only fresh food. The milestones of the Sosteria are Baccala and Tripe cooked in the traditional way.The pasta and gnocchi (small patato dumplings)are prepared by hand and served with fish and meat sauces.The main courses consist of first quality meat, beef fillets,T bone steaks and hamburgers made with Wagyu -Kobe meat with a very low percentage of saturated fat.Finally ,the many desserts are made personally by Valeria Donadi , the owner's wife,.She is always available for any requests and you will always find her in one of the dining rooms. An interesting idea is also having a singular  glass of wine , different with every dish without having to buy a bottle. You can ask  Maurizio for advice to combine the right wine to. the right dish .
