이 여정에서는 식품인증관련 테마를 가지고 Expo 2015와 함께 열리는 일련의 이벤트들과 기회에 접근할 수 있습니다. 이에 대해 더 많은 정보를 원하시면...

인증이란 하나의 특정식품이 미리 정해진 규칙에 부합하는지의 여부를 확인하는 과제를 가지는 제3기관 (자격을 갖춘 외부 감독기관)으로부터 인정을 받는 것입니다.

무엇보다도 먼저 제품의 질과 생산을 평가하지만, 생산에서부터 배급, 보관, 운송, 그리고 소매에 이르는 공정도 인증을 받습니다. 인증은 식품자체를 남용 또는 모방으로부터 보호합니다.

엄격하고 효과적인 인증시스템을 갖추는 것은 전세계 소비자의 신뢰와 호응을 얻는 데에 필요한 방편입니다.

The Coffee Museum is unique of its kind due to the number of exhibits and the historic-educational value of the contents.  Surrounded by the evocative panorama of the renowned hills that are home to Prosecco wine, it is situated at Conegliano, the birthplace of artist Cima da Conegliano.

From the XVII° century to the Expo 2015 at the Pila Vecia, a still functioning ricemill, considered a historical monument and protected by the Monuments and Fine Arts Office.
You will experience the rice whitening with the method dated 1650 and taste its original flavor with our wide risotti choise.
